1. Use of Services

  • Vanguard Auto provides automotive repair, diagnostics, detailing, and maintenance services.
  • You agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, and payment information when booking.
  • Service availability may depend on parts, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service in cases of fraudulent activity or misuse.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards through secure third-party processors.
  • Refunds are provided only at our discretion and depend on service type, condition, and timeliness of cancellation.
  • Billing disputes must be reported within 7 business days of the transaction date. 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited deposits or full charges.
  • If service cannot be completed due to weather, emergencies, or equipment failure, we will notify you promptly and reschedule.

4. SMS/MMS Communications (10DLC Compliance)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and promotional SMS/MMS communications from Vanguard Auto.

  • Program Description: Receive appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and promotional offers.

     

  • Opt-Out: Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. A confirmation message will follow, and no further texts will be sent unless you re-enroll.

SMS/MMS Compliance Statement:

  • Any damage caused to property or equipment may result in additional charges.
  • Illegal activity, smoking, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited on company premises.
